这和PE阻燃母粒本身的物性关系不大，主要还是加工过程中温度的问题。
（1） 熔料温度太高。应适当降低机身及机头温度。
（2） 冷却风环的冷却效率太低。应提高冷却系统的冷却效率，可适当加大风环的风压和风量。
（3） 泡管与人字夹板的摩擦力太大。应适当加大人字板夹角，减小泡管与夹板的接触面积。
（4） 机头温度太低，出料困难，膜泡跳动。应适当提高机头温度及增加螺杆转速
