薄膜产业的阻燃需求越来越高，对PE阻燃母粒的需求量也增加了。不过，也有不少客户反馈产品影响性能，PE阻燃母粒添加到薄膜中会发花。这其实还是生产工艺方面的问题。
以下总结三点！第一点： 机身或机头温度偏低，熔料塑化不良。应适当提高机身或机头温度。
第二点： 螺杆转速太快应适当减慢。
第三点： 螺杆温度太高或太低应通过调整螺杆内冷却介质的流量，将螺杆温度控制在适宜的温度范围内。这样就很好的解决薄膜发花问题
