Can Halogen - free Flame - Retardant Materials Be Chosen for Making Polypropylene Flame - Retardant Sheets

一般塑料PP板材的生产工艺包括：投料；挤出，采用单螺杆挤出机挤出料筒；分四区进行加热；使PP原料中含有的水分蒸发掉并通过料筒上设置的排气孔及时排除掉；在挤入模具中成型、定型为板材。

对于无卤配方，阻燃PP用无卤添加型阻燃剂中，常见的是膨胀型阻燃剂。膨胀系阻燃剂中的各组分单独使用时，对PP的阻燃效能不佳，但当它们共同使用时，对PP的阻燃性由于成炭率提高而明显改善。而无卤阻燃体系的添加量一般较高。一方面单螺杆不方便分散，另一方面添加量太多也会影响板材的其它性能。

为了得到更好的分散性，让阻燃效果更佳，还是建议使用专用PP板材阻燃母粒！
