The PPA master batch (rheological master batch) is a modified organofluorine plastic processing functional master batch. The product is made by blending and granulating with high-concentration fluoropolymers through a special process, with PE as the carrier resin. 1. Before the initial use, the production equipment must be thoroughly cleaned.
2. After starting up, run the base material containing 5% PPA master batch for 30 minutes first, and then adjust it to the normal concentration (0.5% - 2%) for production.
3. For production equipment that has been continuously using this kind of master batch for a long time, it can be directly started up and adjusted to the normal concentration for production.
1. Effectively reduces surface defects and eliminates water ripples (commonly known as "snake skin pattern" or "shark skin") on the film surface and wrinkles on the pipe surface caused by the shear stress when medium and high-speed PE melt flows through the steel surface of the equipment.
2. Without changing the original process of the equipment, the production capacity can be automatically increased by 5% - 10%. By increasing the screw rotation speed without increasing the power consumption of the main machine, the production capacity can be further increased to 10% - 30%.
3. Effectively reduces the die head temperature by 10℃ - 15℃, thereby improving the melt stability of various high-performance PE raw materials processed by ordinary equipment, ensuring stable production and reducing abnormal losses.
4. Improves the plasticizing efficiency of the extruder screw, thereby enhancing the transparency, surface brightness, and smoothness of the product, ensuring the uniformity and stability of product thickness and guaranteeing product quality.
5. Greatly reduces the crystal points generated during blown film or extrusion processing, thereby reducing the white spots on the product surface caused by crystal points.
6. Reduces or eliminates die head deposits and eliminates longitudinal scratches on the material surface caused by material accumulation on the die head or transmission parts of the equipment.
7. Can improve the processing performance of films with the addition of mLLDPE, and has uniform sealing strength, ensuring the reliability of linear sealing strength. It also enables the addition amount of mLLDPE to be physically and chemically controlled and improves the stability of the bubble.
