Feeding from the hopper → Plasticizing and extruding of the materials → Blowing and stretching → Cooling by the air ring → Herringbone splint → Traction by the traction roller → Corona treatment → Film winding. However, it is worth pointing out that the properties of the blow-molded film have a great relationship with the production process parameters. Therefore, during the film blowing process, it is necessary to strengthen the control of the process parameters, standardize the process operation, ensure the smooth progress of production, and obtain high-quality film products. 

It can be seen that generally agricultural films are extruded by a single screw extruder. Therefore, comparatively speaking, it is better to add an anti-aging master batch.
