Mixing Ratio Suggestions: 

l Flame-retardant master batch: 16%, Antioxidant: 0.4%, PE: 83.6%;

l Knead the mixture in a high-speed mixer for 20 minutes; 

Processing Technology: 

1. It is recommended that the extrusion processing temperature be 175-190°C and the rotation speed be 120 revolutions per minute; 

2. The injection molding processing temperature is 190-205°C; 

3. It is recommended to dry at about 100°C for 2 hours before injection molding; 

Packaging, Storage and Transportation: 

1. Packed in a 25 Kg composite double-layer package, stored in a cool and dry environment for 12 months, and transported as a non-dangerous good.

Precautions: 

1. The filling addition amount should not exceed 10%, and the talcum powder master batch has a better effect; Calcium carbonate cannot be added, otherwise the flame-retardant effect will be lost! 

2. The melting points of different new materials are different, so the addition ratio of the flame retardant will also vary slightly. When it exceeds the addition ratio, the greater the addition amount, the worse the flame-retardant effect will be.
