What are the applications of PE flame retardant master batch?

The polyethylene flame retardant masterbatch is mainly used for the flame retardancy of PE sheets, PE pipes, PE plates, flame retardancy of wires and cables, PE film blowing, wire drawing, etc. 

Application instructions: (Basic flame retardant recommended formula)

Usage suggestions and precautions: 

A. Suitable processing temperature. LDPE: (180-200°C); HDPE: (190-220°C). 

B. Appropriate addition of 15-20% of talcum powder can reduce the cost and play a reinforcing role (Note: The addition amount should not exceed 20%, and the talcum powder masterbatch has a better effect; Barium sulfate must not be added, otherwise the flame retardant effect will be lost). 

C. The melting points of different new PE materials are different, so the addition ratio of the flame retardant will also be slightly different. When exceeding the optimal addition ratio, the greater the addition amount, the worse the flame retardant effect will be (Note: It is required to be new PE materials, not waste or old materials).
