The formulation of PP flame retardant

What are the formulations of PP flame retardants? Shandong Taixing New Materials' HT-115K is an efficient and environmentally friendly PP flame retardant that meets the RoHS Directive of the European Commission and the principles of REACH. It can be normally used in various PP systems. With a small addition amount, it can achieve V-2 level (1% - 3%) or V-0 level (7% - 8%). It has resistance to crystallization separation, anti-yellowing properties, and stable electrical and mechanical properties of the materials. This efficient and environmentally friendly PP flame retardant is especially suitable for the flame retardancy of PP (polypropylene). It is used in systems such as PP plastic hollow panels, electrical appliance casings, and automotive interior plastic parts. Its flame retardant effect and characteristics are close to or exceed the level of similar foreign products. 

This efficient and environmentally friendly PP flame retardant particularly has stable heat resistance, good dispersibility, effective flame retardant effect, and is not prone to crystallization separation. This product has a high whiteness and does not affect the color of the products. Due to its high heat resistance, the products can be processed repeatedly, and there will be no obvious changes in the flame retardant effect, strength, and color. Formulation of PP flame retardant: For homopolymer PP, the addition amount is 0.8% - 1%, and for copolymer PP or blended PP, it is 2% - 3%. Adding less than 25% of fillers to various PP base materials can achieve V-2 level. For most PP resins, the addition of HT-115K has the characteristic of significantly increasing the melt index.
