Why does the film bloom when the PE flame-retardant master batch is added to it?

The demand for flame retardancy in the film industry is getting higher and higher, and the demand for PE flame retardant master batch has also increased. However, many customers have also reported that the product affects the performance, and the film will show mottling after adding the PE flame retardant master batch. In fact, this is still a problem in the production process. 

The following are three points summarized! 

First point: The temperature of the machine body or the die head is on the low side, resulting in poor plasticization of the molten material. The temperature of the machine body or the die head should be appropriately increased. 

Second point: The rotation speed of the screw is too fast and should be appropriately slowed down. 

Third point: If the temperature of the screw is too high or too low, the temperature of the screw should be controlled within an appropriate temperature range by adjusting the flow rate of the cooling medium inside the screw. In this way, the problem of film mottling can be well solved.
