I. Introduction

1. Good flame-retardant effect. It can achieve self-extinguishing after leaving the fire: V2 (0.8 - 3.2mm).

2. High flame-retardant efficiency. For the flame-retardant modification of copolymerized PP, the addition ratio is 6 - 8%; for homopolymerized PP, only 3% needs to be added. And there is no need to add antimony trioxide flame retardant in both cases.

3. The PP flame-retardant masterbatch has good compatibility. There is no precipitation or frosting in PP products.

4. Excellent mechanical properties. It does not change the original impact resistance, tensile resistance, bending resistance and other properties of polypropylene products.

5. The PP flame-retardant masterbatch has excellent anti-aging performance. There is no need to add additional anti-aging agents to enhance the anti-aging performance.

6. It complies with the environmental protection requirements of ROHS and REACH. It can be used for exported polypropylene PP. Precautions:

1. Homopolymerized PP, copolymerized PP, blended PP, and recycled PP can be used.

2. Inorganic fillers can be added to PP. 5% of barium sulfate or talcum powder can be used, and it is recommended to add 10 - 12% of the flame retardant.

3. POE can be added to PP. The addition amount should be controlled at about 5%.

4. The PP flame-retardant masterbatch can also be used in recycled PP. The addition amount of the flame-retardant masterbatch is 8 - 10%.

5. Calcium carbonate and color masterbatch containing calcium carbonate should not be used in the formula of PP products.

1.Toughened PP, reinforced PP, flame-retardant battery shells, small household appliance shells, refrigerator linings, washing machine tubs, flame-retardant bumpers, wheel hub covers, pipes, sheets, extruded bars, flame-retardant sheets, hollow products, composite bottles, etc.

2.This product can be widely used in copolymerized PP, homopolymerized PP, recycled PP, and filled PP.
