PP Anti-aging Master Batch

I. Introduction

This product takes BASF antioxidants and ultraviolet light absorbers as the main anti-aging components, combines with anti-aging materials, and utilizes the special functions of hindered phenols to eliminate free radicals in plastic products and of auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphites and thioesters to decompose peroxides, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-aging of the product. It is a composite high-temperature PP anti-aging master batch with good antioxidant and ultraviolet light discoloration resistance properties.

II. Product Applications

1. It can effectively absorb ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 270 - 380 nanometers. And is mainly used for PP products.

2. It is especially suitable for colorless transparent and light-colored products.

III. Performance Characteristics

1. It has a strong ability to absorb ultraviolet light and excellent weather resistance. It can delay the degradation and aging speed of products and significantly improve the anti-aging performance of products.

2. It hardly absorbs visible light and is an ultraviolet light absorber suitable for colorless transparent and colored products.

3. It has the properties of processing stability, long-term anti-aging, and anti-yellowing effects. It can be used in combination with common antioxidants.

4. This product has good compatibility with resins, has no chemical reactions with other additives, does not affect the processing performance and other properties of resins, and has good compatibility. There is no precipitation; no blooming; and it is suitable for export.

IV. Usage Methods

1. The general dosage is 3% in thin products and 2-4% in thick products.

2. The addition amount under other process conditions: 2-4%.

Store under dry and dark conditions.
