Transparent Grade PP Flame Retardant JW-01-FR6050
Main applications include: transparent lids for rice cookers, transparent housings for electric kettles, transparent water tanks for humidifiers, air conditioner fan blades, fan impellers for air coolers, inner drum components for washing machines, inner and outer covers for automotive headlights, rearview mirror housings, transparent interior trim strips, transparent instrument panel covers, and transparent protective sleeves for new energy vehicle wiring harnesses, as well as transparent components for air conditioning vents.
JW-01-FR6050 is a new, highly effective flame retardant specifically developed for transparent PP. It requires only a low loading level of 1.2–1.5% to achieve UL 94 V2 compliance.
一、PP Flame Retardant Product Overview:
1. Excellent flame retardancy. Achieves self-extinguishing upon removal from the flame: V2 (0.8–3.2 mm), with very high transparency.
2. High flame retardancy efficiency. Only 1.2% is added to homopolymer PP, and no synergists such as antimony trioxide are required.
3. Good compatibility with the flame retardant. No leaching or blooming occurs in the finished product.
4. Excellent mechanical properties. Does not alter the original impact resistance, tensile strength, or flexural strength of the product;
5. Superior aging resistance. No need to add additional antioxidants or light stabilizers to enhance aging resistance.
6. Complies with ROHS and REACH environmental requirements. Suitable for export.

三、Main Applications of PP Flame Retardants：
This product is widely used for flame retardant modification of homopolymer PP and can be used to produce transparent PP products that require flame retardancy. Adding 1.5% to PP products can meet the UL94 V-2 requirements for thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 3.2 mm.
