一、 Flame Retardant Product Overview:

1. Excellent flame retardancy. Meets UL-94 V2 standards and self-extinguishes upon removal from the flame (0.8–3.2 mm).

2. High flame retardancy efficiency. Adding just 4% of this flame retardant masterbatch achieves self-extinguishing properties upon removal from the flame. No additional flame retardant masterbatches, such as antimony trioxide, are required;

3. Good compatibility of the flame retardant masterbatch. The final homopolymer PP products exhibit a high gloss finish, with no exudation or blooming;

4. Excellent mechanical properties. Does not alter the original impact resistance, tensile strength, or flexural strength of polypropylene products;

5. Superior anti-aging performance. No need to add additional polypropylene (PP) anti-aging agents to enhance anti-aging properties.

6. Complies with ROHS and REACH environmental requirements, making it suitable for the production of polypropylene (PP) products intended for export.

Note：

(1) If polypropylene (PP) is to be filled, barium sulfate or talc (which must not contain calcium carbonate) may be used. Recommended ratios: 8% for flame-retardant masterbatch and 10% for fillers.

(2) To improve the dispersion and lubricity of homopolymer polypropylene, white oil and EBS may be added as appropriate (do not use PE wax, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, or stearic acid).

(3) Calcium carbonate and color masterbatches containing calcium carbonate should not be used in PP product formulations.

(4) POE must not be added to PP.
