一、Introduction to PP Flame-Retardant Masterbatch Products:

1. Excellent flame retardancy. Achieves self-extinguishing upon removal from the flame: V2 (0.8–3.2 mm).

2. High flame retardancy efficiency. For flame-retardant modification of copolymer PP, the addition ratio is 6–8%; for homopolymer PP, only 3% is required. Furthermore, neither requires the addition of antimony trioxide flame retardants;

3. Good compatibility of PP flame-retardant masterbatches. No leaching or blooming occurs in PP products;

4. Excellent mechanical properties. Does not alter the original impact resistance, tensile strength, or flexural strength of polypropylene products;

5. Superior aging resistance of the PP flame-retardant masterbatch. No additional anti-aging agents are required to enhance aging resistance.

6. Complies with ROHS and REACH environmental requirements. Suitable for export-grade polypropylene (PP).

Note：

1. Homopolymer PP, copolymer PP, blended PP, and recycled PP can be used;

2. Inorganic fillers can be added to PP, such as barium sulfate or talc at 20–25%; it is recommended to add 15% flame retardant.

3. POE may be added to the PP. The addition level should be controlled at around 5%.

4. PP flame-retardant masterbatch may also be used in PP recycled material. The addition level of the flame-retardant masterbatch should be 8–10%.

5. Calcium carbonate and color masterbatches containing calcium carbonate should not be used in PP product formulations.

五、Packaging, Storage, and Transportation of PP Flame-Retardant Masterbatch：

Inner plastic liner with outer woven bag; net weight 25 kg per bag; handle and store as non-hazardous material; keep dry.
