一、Product Features:
PE flame-retardant masterbatch (polyethylene flame-retardant masterbatch) is an environmentally friendly additive-based flame-retardant masterbatch. It offers advantages such as high flame-retardancy efficiency, low loading levels, excellent processing flow, high compatibility with resins, minimal impact on the physical properties of the final product, and no leaching or blooming. It is currently the leading flame-retardant product for polyethylene (PE) on the market.
PE flame-retardant masterbatch complies with EU environmental standards (RoHS) and is free of polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).
PE flame-retardant masterbatches can be directly used in production after blending with polyethylene (PE) raw materials, effectively addressing the shortcomings of traditional powdered flame retardants, such as uneven mixing and significant dust contamination. The product offers excellent thermal and light stability, superior UV resistance, and aging resistance, making it suitable for applications in pipes and sheets.
二、Product Applications:
Injection molding, foaming, extrusion, filament drawing, blow molding, and film blowing. These processes are widely used in building materials such as double-wall corrugated pipes, thermal insulation panels, and construction barriers; in pipeline systems for the energy and mining industries, such as gas transmission pipes and mining pipes; in outdoor furnishings such as outdoor wicker chairs and stadium seating; as well as in industrial filter screens and safety nets.

Important Notes:
This product must not be used in combination with calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, or talc, as this will compromise its flame-retardant properties. Masterbatches containing any of these substances will also compromise the flame-retardant properties.
If color matching is required, please use solid color masterbatches that do not contain fillers such as calcium carbonate (e.g., Cabot Black Masterbatch), or use colorants such as pure carbon black in combination with white mineral oil.

Packaged in kraft paper bags, 25 kg per bag.
