JW-01-FR7000A Environmentally Friendly Halogen-Free Flame Retardant for PVC Artificial Leather

This product is formulated to address the characteristics of PVC artificial leather, such as high plasticizer content, strong plasticizer odor, and low oxygen index. It is meticulously crafted through a scientific formulation that combines flame-retardant resin as the primary raw material with various nano-flame-retardant materials and synergistic high-temperature heat stabilizers.

The product exhibits excellent processability, along with good thermal and light stability. It addresses the drawbacks associated with traditional antimony trioxide flame retardants—such as high density, high cost, and excessive smoke generation—and is currently one of the primary flame retardant products used for PVC artificial leather on the market.

This product is a white powder, odorless, and free of polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). It has passed SGS testing for heavy metals and fully complies with multiple environmental standards, including RoHS, REACH, and PAHs.
