PVC Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame Retardant JW-01-FR7000G

This product is formulated using flame-retardant resins as the primary raw material, combined with various nano-scale flame-retardant materials and synergistic high-temperature heat stabilizers, and is meticulously manufactured through a scientific formulation process to address the characteristics of PVC, which is known for its high smoke density.

The product offers excellent processability, as well as good thermal and light stability, and is currently one of the leading flame-retardant products on the market that meets PVC low-smoke requirements. It can replace 50–60% of antimony trioxide.

This product is a white powder that is odorless and free of polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). It has passed SGS testing for heavy metals and fully complies with various environmental standards, including RoHS, REACH, and PAHs.
