Epoxy Resin Anti-aging / Yellowing Resistant Agent (3-5 years type)

This product utilizes UV absorbers as the primary anti-aging component, combined with nano-scale anti-aging materials. It employs hindered phenols to eliminate free radicals in plastic products and leverages the unique ability of auxiliary antioxidants—such as phosphite esters and thio esters—to decompose peroxides, thereby achieving the product’s anti-aging objectives. It is a composite nano-scale anti-aging agent for plastics that offers excellent antioxidant properties and resistance to UV-induced discoloration.

一、Product Applications:

1. Effectively absorbs UV light with wavelengths of 270–380 nm. Primarily used in epoxy powder coatings, epoxy adhesives, epoxy paints and coatings, and epoxy imitation plastics.

2. Particularly suitable for colorless, transparent, and light-colored products;

1. Possesses strong UV absorption capacity and excellent weather resistance; it slows down the degradation and aging of products, significantly enhancing their anti-aging performance.

2. Absorbs almost no visible light, making it an ideal UV absorber for colorless, transparent, and colored products;

3. Combines processing stability with long-lasting anti-aging and anti-yellowing properties. Can be used in conjunction with general antioxidants;

4. Good compatibility with resins; does not react chemically with other additives; does not affect the processing or other properties of the resin; good compatibility. Does not leach; does not bloom; suitable for export;

5. Non-flammable, non-corrosive, and has good storage stability;

1. The typical dosage is 0.7% for thin products and 0.8% for thick products.

2. Dosage under other processing conditions: 0.6–0.9%
