JW-01-FR2020M Eco-Friendly Flame-Retardant ABS Masterbatch
Main applications include: power adapter housings, routers, set-top boxes, electricity meter enclosures, switch and outlet housings, charger housings, computer keyboard panels, UPS enclosures, and industrial control junction box enclosures
Due to its nano-scale particle size, it effectively addresses the drawbacks of traditional flame retardants—such as high density resulting from high loading levels, high addition costs, severe deterioration of the physical properties of the final product, poor compatibility with resins, and a tendency to bloom or whiten—making it particularly suitable for ABS films, filament extrusion, injection molding, and Christmas trees.
This product fully complies with EU environmental standards (RoHS) and is free of polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).

三、Key Product Features:
1. Products manufactured using this ABS flame-retardant masterbatch do not exhibit blooming or whitening.
2. This ABS flame-retardant masterbatch requires only a small amount of addition, resulting in low processing costs. It can be mixed directly with ABS and processed into finished products, thereby reducing processing steps and costs.
3. Fully compliant with EU environmental standards (RoHS) and free of dust pollution.
4. It offers excellent mechanical properties (good compatibility with the resin) and performs almost identically to pure resin in all aspects.
四、Packaging, Storage, and Transportation:
Each package weighs 25 kilograms and is packed in a lined paper-plastic composite bag; it is to be stored and transported as non-hazardous material.
