一、Product Description of Red Phosphorus Masterbatch:

First, red phosphorus with a particle size of 800–1500 mesh undergoes a microencapsulation surface coating process, transforming the surface of the red phosphorus particles from inorganic to organic. This makes them hydrophobic and lipophilic, ensuring good compatibility with resins and resistance to leaching;

It is halogen-free and addresses the drawbacks of red phosphorus, such as its tendency to absorb moisture and oxidize. With a phosphorus content as high as 80%, the granules are uniform and visually appealing, overcoming the disadvantages of red phosphorus, such as its flammability and processing difficulties.

Red phosphorus masterbatch is a flame-retardant masterbatch containing stabilized red phosphorus and a virgin resin carrier. It is supplied in a dust-free granular form, eliminating the high-risk issues associated with the transportation, storage, and use of red phosphorus powder.

When used to flame-retard PA series products, an addition of 12–14% achieves UL94-V0 rating, and the products exhibit excellent physical and mechanical properties.

二、 Carrier:

The carrier used in this red phosphorus masterbatch is imported virgin resin, ensuring excellent product stability! In contrast, ordinary red phosphorus masterbatches on the market use recycled resin as their carrier. Recycled resin varies greatly in quality and may contain metals, halogenated flame retardants, and various other impurities, resulting in unstable quality and significant fluctuations. This makes it difficult to meet increasingly stringent environmental requirements.

This product is environmentally friendly and halogen-free, having passed SGS testing and meeting RoHS requirements.

Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags with an inner PE liner, 25 kg per bag. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area and transport in accordance with non-hazardous goods standards.
