JW-01-FR6010 Flame Retardant for Homopolymer PP (UL-94 V2)
Mainly includes: electrical meter boxes, distribution boxes, junction boxes, switch housings, appliance frames, air conditioner casings, and washing machine bases
一、 PP Flame Retardant Product Introduction:
1. Excellent flame retardancy. Achieves self-extinguishing upon removal from the flame: V2 (0.8–3.2 mm).
2. High flame retardancy efficiency. Adding just 1% achieves self-extinguishing upon removal from the flame. No synergists such as antimony trioxide are required;
3. Good compatibility. The final product exhibits a high gloss finish, with no leaching or blooming;
4. Excellent mechanical properties. Does not alter the original impact resistance, tensile strength, or flexural strength of the product;
5. Superior aging resistance. No need to add additional antioxidants or light stabilizers to enhance aging resistance.
6. Complies with ROHS and REACH environmental requirements. Suitable for export.
Notes:
(1) This flame retardant is only suitable for homopolymer PP;
(2) If fillers are added, use barium sulfate or talc (talc must not contain calcium carbonate). Recommended ratio: Add 2.5–3% PP flame retardant, with up to 10% filler.
(3) To improve dispersion and lubricity, white oil and EBS may be added as appropriate (do not use PE wax, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, or stearic acid).
(4) Calcium carbonate and color masterbatches containing calcium carbonate should not be used in the product formulation.
(5) POE must not be added.

三、 Applications of PP Flame Retardants:
European-style electrical outlets, mudguards, ventilation ducts, fans, hollow panels, automotive connectors, PP panels for mining applications, fan heater housings, electrical appliance frames, kettle bases, and frames and lids for washing machines and dishwashers.

This product is widely used for flame retardancy in homopolymer PP.

五、Packaging, Storage, and Transportation of PP Flame Retardants:
Each bag consists of an inner plastic liner and an outer woven bag, with a net weight of 25 kg. Store and transport as non-hazardous materials; keep away from moisture.
