三、 Applications:
Antimony trioxide is often used in combination with halogen compounds to achieve synergistic effects.
(1) Used as a flame retardant in plastic products such as modified plastics, cable compounds, mining pipes, coated fabrics, and artificial leather.
(2) Used as a filler and flame retardant in the rubber industry, such as in conveyor belts and cables.
(3) Used as a masking agent in enamel and ceramic products.
(4) Used as a white pigment and flame retardant in the coatings and paints industry.
(5) Also used as a catalyst for organic synthesis and a synthetic metal passivator.
