一、 Product Characteristics:

二、Scope of Application:

Antibacterial and antifungal protection for household appliances made from various plastic substrates such as HIPS, PP, PE, PC, ABS, PVC, PA, PMMA, etc.

三、Instructions for Use:

1. Directly and uniformly add the composite plastic antibacterial and antifungal agent to the plastic to be processed at a ratio of 0.5%–1.0% to ensure even dispersion of the agent within the plastic product.

2. Alternatively, the composite plastic antimicrobial and antifungal agent can be melted with the corresponding resin. Form pellets first, then use them; the active ingredient content of the masterbatch should be controlled at around 20%, and the active ingredient content of this product should be maintained at 0.5–1.0%.

3. During processing, various additives such as lubricants, dispersants, color change inhibitors, and antioxidants may need to be added.
