This product is an additive-type, eco-friendly, high-gloss nano-PP flame retardant. It is primarily used for flame retardant modification of copolymer or homopolymer polypropylene to achieve UL94 V-0 rating. It is currently one of the leading PP flame retardants for achieving V-0 rating in polypropylene.

一、 PP Flame Retardant Product Introduction:

1. Excellent flame retardancy. Achieves self-extinguishing upon removal from the flame: V-0 (0.8–3.2 mm).

2. High flame retardancy efficiency. A dosage of 10–12% is sufficient for copolymer PP, and 8–10% for homopolymer PP. Additionally,

no synergists such as antimony trioxide are required;

3. Good compatibility. No migration or blooming in the final product;

4. Excellent mechanical properties. Does not alter the original impact resistance, tensile strength, or flexural strength of the product;

5. Superior aging resistance. No need to add additional antioxidants or light stabilizers to enhance aging resistance.

6. Complies with ROHS and REACH environmental requirements. Suitable for export.

Notes:

1. Compatible with homopolymers, copolymers, and PP blends;

2. Inorganic fillers may be added. Barium sulfate or talc can be added at 10–15% without the need to

increase the flame retardant dosage.

3. POE may be added. Keep the addition level around 5%.

4. Can also be used in PP recycled material. Flame retardant dosage: 12%–14%.

5. Calcium carbonate and color masterbatches containing calcium carbonate should not be used in the product formulation.
