This rubber and silicone flame retardant is an environmentally friendly additive flame retardant that offers advantages such as low dosage, excellent flame retardancy, high-temperature resistance, no leaching, and compliance with EU environmental directives.
This flame retardant utilizes brominated flame retardant raw materials, offering excellent processability, thermal stability, and light stability. It effectively addresses the drawbacks of traditional flame retardants—such as high density due to high loading levels, high addition costs, severe deterioration of physical properties in the final product, poor compatibility with resins, and a tendency to leach, bloom, or whiten—making it an ideal flame retardant for the production of low-cost rubber and silicone products.
