一、 Product Introduction:
This product combines the long-lasting efficacy of high-performance silver- and zinc-based nano-inorganic antimicrobial agents with the rapid action of highly effective organic antifungal agents. It is formulated with color-change inhibitors, antioxidants, synergists, and coupling agents, and is meticulously refined using encapsulation technology. Proven by numerous manufacturers, it is an ideal antimicrobial and antifungal agent for EVA foam and composite plastics. It is highly effective, resistant to discoloration, and withstands high temperatures and repeated washing.

1. Broad-spectrum efficacy. It effectively kills and inhibits bacteria, mold, and algae.

四、Instructions for Use:
1. Add this product directly and uniformly to the EVA foam material to be processed at a ratio of 0.5%–1.0% to ensure even dispersion of the antimicrobial agent within the EVA product.
2. Alternatively, this product can be melt-blended with the corresponding resin. First, form pellets, then use them. When the active ingredient content of the masterbatch is controlled at around 20%, the active ingredient content of this product need only be controlled at 0.5–1.0%.
3. During processing, various additives such as lubricants, dispersants, discoloration inhibitors, and antioxidants may be added as needed for production.
