Silicone Lubricant Masterbatch HF-GT01

This product is an organosilicon-modified additive containing reactive functional groups. It improves the processing properties of materials, enhances flowability, aids in the dispersion of fillers, and, through heat-initiated cross-linking reactions, permanently integrates into the polymer matrix to alter the properties of the resin.

一、 Product Features:

1. Internal and external lubrication; improves processing performance; reduces screw torque, thereby lowering energy consumption

2. Improves the hand feel, surface finish, and abrasion resistance of low-smoke, halogen-free cable compounds

3. Promotes filler dispersion; improves compatibility between fillers and resins; enhances overall product performance;

4. Enhances melt flow properties and increases the melt flow index

5. Reduces material buildup at the die exit; resists migration and leaching

6. Improves lubrication, enhances processing performance, and reduces equipment energy consumption

二、 Product Applications:

1. Can be precisely added in the correct proportion along with other materials directly into a twin-screw extruder for melting, mixing, and pelletizing.

2. It can first be mixed with resin pellets in a premixer, then combined with separate raw materials. The resulting premix is easily fed into a twin-screw extruder for melting, mixing, and pelletizing.

3. In a banbury mixer, use a specific amount of resin and powdered raw materials as carriers to blend with this product and pelletize it, producing masterbatch for subsequent use.

三、 Packaging:

Packaging: This product is packaged in 25 kg bags.

Storage: This product is not classified as hazardous and is non-flammable. Store in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry indoor location. Shelf life is 12 months at approximately 25°C.

Transportation: During transportation, ensure the product is tightly sealed to prevent moisture, strong alkalis, strong acids, rainwater, and other contaminants from entering.
