一、Product Form:
Light yellow to yellow irregular granules.
二、 Application Notes:
This permanent antistatic masterbatch is an excellent general-purpose polymeric antistatic masterbatch. It features good heat resistance, superior performance, and uniform distribution, and can be widely used as an additive in plastics such as PP, PE, ABS, PC, PBT, PA, PPO, and PPE. An addition of 17–25% achieves an anti-static value of 10⁸–10⁹. The anti-static value is stable, unaffected by ambient humidity or temperature, and remains effective permanently. Finished products can be formulated in various colors as required.

四、 Application Method:
Blend directly with the base material; dispersion is more effective after blending and pelletization.
五、Compatibility:
Can be used synergistically with all known additives. It can also be used with fillers; however, fillers may absorb some of the antistatic properties. To achieve the same effect, it is recommended to increase the dosage appropriately. Blending may reduce physical properties; therefore, the addition of a toughening agent is recommended.
六、 Packaging:

七、 Storage:
Must be stored in a dry place at room temperature. After opening the package, reseal it to prevent the product from being exposed to light or absorbing moisture.
