一、 Product Composition and Characteristics:

Type: Nonionic surfactant.

Appearance: White to pale yellow, flat, round granules.

Purity: 99%.

Specifications: Amine value: 55–70 mg KOH/g

Acid value: 0–3 mg KOH/g

Volatile matter: ≤2%

Melting Point: 48°C

Decomposition Temperature: 300°C

Toxicity: LD50 > 5000 mg/kg

Properties: Significantly reduces the surface resistance of plastic products, achieving values of 10⁸–10⁹ Ω. Provides highly effective and long-lasting antistatic properties. Exhibits good compatibility with resins and does not affect the processing or performance of the finished products. This product is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.

二、Product Applications:

This product is an internal antistatic agent suitable for plastic products such as polyethylene and polypropylene films, sheets, containers, and BOPP films.

三、 Usage and Dosage:

This product can be added directly to the resin during processing. For better uniformity and enhanced performance, it is recommended to first prepare an antistatic masterbatch and then blend it with the base resin before processing the final product. The appropriate dosage should be determined based on the type of resin, processing conditions, product form, and the required level of antistatic performance. Generally, adding 0.3–1.0% of this product to the final product yields excellent antistatic results.

Small inner polyethylene bags packed in outer cardboard cartons, with a net weight of 25 kg per carton.
