JW-03-HH1401: Specialized Composite Anti-Aging Agent for Candle Products

This product uses UV absorbers as its primary anti-aging component, combined with nano-scale anti-aging materials. It utilizes hindered phenols to eliminate free radicals in plastic products and leverages the unique ability of auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphites and thioesters to decompose peroxides, thereby achieving the product’s anti-aging objectives. It is a composite nano-scale anti-aging agent for candles that offers excellent antioxidant properties and resistance to UV-induced discoloration.

一、 Product Applications:

1. Effectively absorbs UV light with wavelengths of 270–380 nm;

2. Particularly suitable for candle products;

3. Especially suitable for colorless, transparent, and light-colored products;

二、 Performance Characteristics:

1. Exceptional UV absorption capacity and strong weather resistance; it slows down the degradation and aging of products, significantly enhancing the product’s anti-aging performance.

2. Absorbs almost no visible light, making it the UV absorber of choice for colorless, transparent, and colored products;

3. Combines processing stability with long-lasting anti-aging and anti-yellowing properties. Can be used in conjunction with general antioxidants;

4. This product has good compatibility with resins and does not react chemically with other additives. It does not affect the processing or other properties of the resin. It does not leach out, does not bloom, is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for export;

5. Non-flammable, non-corrosive, and has good storage stability;

三、 Usage Instructions:

Add the anti-aging agent directly and uniformly to the candle products to be processed at a ratio of 0.2%–0.3% to ensure even dispersion.

四、 Storage Conditions:

Store in a dry place away from light.
