Applications and Instructions for Use：
HF-AS01 low-humidity resistant antistatic masterbatch is a polymeric antistatic plastic composite compound formulated with antistatic agents, dispersants, and processing aids specifically for polyolefin plastics. It is suitable for various PE, PP, TPE, films, sheets, fibers, and other products. Adding 5% can achieve a surface resistivity of 10⁸-10⁻¹⁰ for plastic products.
Before use, bake the material at 70°C for 2-3 hours, mix thoroughly with resin, and use to manufacture various antistatic polyolefin plastic products according to different processing techniques; the dispersion effect is better after blending modification and granulation.
This antistatic masterbatch is a low-hygroscopic antistatic masterbatch, exhibiting excellent antistatic properties even in low humidity conditions (dry winter environments), making it particularly suitable for the harsh, dry environments of Northeast and Northwest China. It has virtually no impact on the color and transparency of the finished product. The antistatic effect lasts for 3 years.
Packaging, Storage, and Safety：
This product is packaged in multi-layer composite plastic bags, each weighing 25 kg net. Protect from rain during storage and transportation, and store in a dry place. Clumping may occur under heavy pressure or prolonged storage; simply break up the clumps and use as usual without affecting the performance.
