JW-02-JK2060 is an environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and heat-resistant plastic antifungal agent. This product effectively kills fungi and is widely used in various plastics, polyurethanes, and other polymer materials, such as shoe soles, rubber rollers, artificial leather, floor coverings, automotive interior parts, building sealants, silicone sealants, PVC, PP, ABS, and coatings.
Physical Properties:

l Moisture: ≤1.0%
l Appearance: White or slightly yellow powder
l Acetone-insoluble matter: ≤0.5%
l Broad-spectrum antibacterial properties, especially effective against mold.
l Excellent temperature resistance (>280℃).
l Rain and UV resistant, excellent weather resistance.
l Wide pH range (4.0-10.0)
l Formaldehyde-free and heavy metal-free.
It has low skin irritation and good compatibility with most industrial products.
Recommended Dosage:
The fungicide JW-02-JK2060 has good stability and adaptability. During use, it must be thoroughly and evenly mixed with raw materials. The addition amount is 0.3%-0.8%.
Safety:
The fungicide JW-02-JK2060 complies with the EU RoHS Directive.
Acute oral toxicity in rats: LD50 > 3500 mg/kg. At the concentration used, it has no irritation to the eyes and skin of rabbits.
