This anti-aging agent uses imported UV absorbers and light stabilizers as its main anti-aging components, combined with composite nano-anti-aging materials. It utilizes hindered phenols to eliminate free radicals in plastic products, and phosphites and thioesters as auxiliary antioxidants to decompose peroxides. Combined with synergistic agents, it achieves the product's anti-aging purpose. It is a composite elastomer TPE anti-aging agent with excellent antioxidant properties and resistance to UV discoloration.
一、Anti-aging Agent Product Uses：
1. This anti-aging agent effectively absorbs ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 270-380 nanometers, mainly used in elastomer TPE. It can extend the service life of elastomer TPE products indoors or outdoors, preventing yellowing.
2. Applicable to many fields including ABS, PVC, and other high molecular polymers;
3. This aging agent is suitable for coatings, rubber, oils, and other materials;
4. The components of the aging agent do not absorb visible light, making it particularly suitable for colorless, transparent, and light-colored elastomer TPE products;
二、 Performance Characteristics of the Anti-aging Agent：
1. The anti-aging agent has strong ultraviolet absorption capacity and strong weather resistance; it can delay the degradation, yellowing, and aging rate of products, significantly improving the anti-aging and anti-yellowing properties of the products.
2. It absorbs almost no visible light and is an ultraviolet absorber for colorless, transparent, and colored elastomer TPE products;
3. The anti-aging agent combines processing stability, long-lasting anti-aging, and anti-yellowing properties. It can be used in conjunction with general antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers;
4. This anti-aging agent has good compatibility with elastomer TPE, does not chemically react with other additives, does not affect the resin's processing performance and other properties, has good compatibility, and does not cause yellowing during the production process. No precipitation; no blooming; exportable.
5. The anti-aging agent is non-flammable, non-corrosive, and has good storage stability.
三、Anti-aging Agent Usage Methods：
1. In thin-film TPE elastomers, the general dosage of the anti-aging agent is 0.6-0.8%, and in thick-film TPE elastomers, it is 0.7-0.9%.
2. Under other processing conditions, the dosage of the anti-aging agent is 0.6-0.9%.
