Product Introduction：
This product utilizes high-performance silver-based and zinc-based nano-inorganic antibacterial agents combined with discoloration inhibitors, antioxidants, synergists, and coupling agents. It is refined through scientific formulation using encapsulation technology. Proven by numerous manufacturers, it is an ideal composite organic antibacterial agent. Highly effective, does not easily discolor, and is resistant to high temperatures and washing.
Product Characteristics：
1. Broad-spectrum: Has excellent killing and inhibitory effects on bacteria, molds, and algae.
2. Long-lasting and rapid: This product combines the long-lasting antibacterial effects of silver and zinc nano-ions with the rapid bactericidal ability of organic antifungal agents.
Application Scope:
Suitable for use in general-purpose plastics such as PP, PE, ABS, and PVC.
Instructions for Use:
Usage in Plastics:
1. Add the antibacterial and antifungal agent directly and evenly to the plastic to be processed at a ratio of 0.3%-0.4% to ensure uniform dispersion of the antibacterial and antifungal agent in the plastic product.
2. Alternatively, the antibacterial and antifungal agent can be melted with the corresponding resin to form particles before use. The effective component of the masterbatch should be controlled at approximately 20%, while the effective component of this product only needs to be controlled at 0.3-0.4%.
3. Various additives such as lubricants, dispersants, color change inhibitors, and antioxidants need to be added during processing.
Packaging and Storage:
Cardboard drum packaging; store in a cool place.
