Fluorine-Free PPA JW-01-PPA02
Masterbatch: PPA02 is a non-fluorinated PPA masterbatch based on polypropylene. PPA is an abbreviation for fluoropolymer processing aids.
一、 Product Description：
Fluorine-free PPA02 also possesses low surface energy. During plastic processing, it forms a "coating" on the metal surfaces of plastic machinery, reducing the adhesion between the melt and the barrel, screw, and die metal surfaces, thus improving the uniformity of melt movement.
In low-melt-pressure, short-process, matte casting film formulations containing inorganic particles, it exhibits greater advantages than traditional fluorinated PPA. It solves the problems of blackening and carbonization of die aggregates and poor melt fracture and water ripple effect that occur with traditional fluorinated plastic processing aid PPA masterbatches in casting film processing, extending continuous processing time.

White or light yellow granules.
三、Functions:
Reduces surface defects, such as the common phenomenon of melt cracking and water ripples caused by carbonization of the die head aggregate.
Improves product surface gloss and smoothness, resulting in more uniform color dispersion and a glossier finish.
Reduces wear on the die during processing, eliminating material accumulation at the die opening.
Lowers processing temperature, extends continuous processing time, and increases extrusion speed.
Improves product molding yield and dimensional stability, reducing scrap rate.
Used in casting, blown film, pipes, cables, injection molded products, etc.
四、Storage and Packaging：
Store in a cool, dry place below 30℃, sealed, for 24 months. Protect from moisture.
Packaged in a paper-plastic woven bag, net weight 25 kg.
