How High Temperature Can the Flame Retardant in Polypropylene Flame - Retardant Sheets Withstand?

塑料PP板材在生产的时候,是可以通过挤塑加工而成的。在挤出成型过程中,物料从粒状固态进入挤出机后,要完成输送、压实、熔融、均化直到高温熔融型坯从机头中挤出,其温度变化非常复杂。和PP料混在一起的阻燃剂,同样要能够耐高温。

一般PP板材的加工温度在170-190度左右,有些特殊工艺要求的,加工温度更高。

由于加热时料筒内,尤其是剪切块的温度要明显高于加工温度。一般阻燃剂的分解温度或者热失重温度必须比加工温度至少高20度以上。

这就要求PP阻燃板材里面的阻燃剂至少要能够耐230℃以上的高温才可以
