Glass Fiber Reinforced PP Plate 

Glass Fiber Reinforced PP Plate (FRPP Plate): After being reinforced by 20% glass fiber, in addition to maintaining the original excellent properties, its strength, rigidity, etc. are all doubled compared with those of PP. Moreover, it has good heat resistance, low-temperature impact resistance, corrosion resistance, arc resistance, and a low shrinkage rate. 

The manufacturing processes are also roughly the same, including mixing the raw materials and color masterbatch, melting and plasticizing, distributing the molten materials, oscillating and forming, drawing, tempering, air cooling, cutting, etc. 

Flame retardants belong to flame-retardant additives, while flame-retardant masterbatch is a flame-retardant material containing flame retardants. 

Due to the advantages of flame-retardant masterbatch in many aspects such as flame-retardant effect, environmental protection, and production efficiency when used in plastics, it has become an effective substitute for traditional flame retardants and is used in various aspects such as plastic granulation, extrusion, and injection molding.

The advantages of flame-retardant masterbatch, such as no emission of toxic gases, low smoke generation, and a high oxygen index of the flame-retardant plastic, are gradually being understood by people.
