PP均聚料是以丙烯为单体聚合而成的高分子材料,PP材料结晶性高,刚性大,但抗冲击性差,耐低温性较差;
PP共聚料系丙烯单体添加少量乙烯单体共同聚合得到的高分子聚合物,添加少量乙烯单体作为聚合物单元,由于乙烯分子柔顺性较好,且乙烯单体的引入,降低了PP的结晶取向,从而改善了聚合物的抗冲击性能（尤其是低温下）;
PP均聚料主要应用于日用制品餐具,文具,玩具等,可注塑,也可吹塑；
PP共聚料由于强度较好,可应用于各种家用电器（如冰箱,空调,洗衣机,卫浴洁具）配件,容器制品等等。
